BIGWIG Code of Conduct

Members will abide by the following:

1. Respect and honor the purpose & values of BIGWIG: BIGWIG is a professional organization dedicated to the education, business growth and personal support of all its members. All behavior, language, and activity should serve to advance this purpose.

2. Speak respectfully about/to all BIGWIG Members, during and outside of BIGWIG mtgs. Maintain a professional level of courtesy, respect, and objectivity in all matters and activities. Any language that is harassing, demeaning or defaming will not be tolerated. Defamatory and/or discriminatory language toward any individual, company, or organization will not be tolerated. Any individual who behaves in a manner inconsistent with these expectations may be asked to leave and future event participation and membership may be restricted.

3. Respect BIGWIG Member’s Confidentiality & Time. Respect the confidentiality of all members’ personal & business information shared in our monthly sessions or in any BIGWIG communication channels, verbal or digital. Refraining from sending unsolicited emails to BIGWIG members, using designated channels, ie Notion Resources & Promotions, to request information and/or share marketing updates for individual businesses.

4. Code of Conduct Violations: By adhering to this Code of Conduct, we contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment for everyone. If a member violates the BIGWIG Code of Conduct, the BWA (Advisory Board) has the right to withdraw the individual’s membership.
